ShortMinds Webcomic

Ever get to that point where you decide enough is enough? Of whatever it is, could be anything. I’ve come to the realization that I suck at softball, it’s true, I’ll go ahead and just let that sink in. But, coming to that epiphany has made me re-focus on some things for some strange reason, things that just weren’t going so well, things I’ve been meaning to do or wanted to do. Like cleaning out my garage and finally emptying all my boxes, or organizing my office, getting that build monkey off my back at work, etc..

It’s weird the things that you feel are important can change from one day to the next, but hell whatever it takes. This epiphany made me think, why have I stopped doing my webcomic and I came up with a few solid answers. One, I don’t like the site’s design, it was thrown together quickly to start using Comicpress as my backbone. While I love how Wordpress has mostly freed me from spam, that and removing the forums, I hate its pre-formated html and style. So I’m going to be ripping it apart while continuing to use Comicpress, make the HTML accessible and improve the site design. Also, the comic is rather goody goody, and hell that’s just not me. I’ll admit right now, that I will never get syndicated, so keeping cursing, and kosher topics out of the comic is no longer needed, woot!

So hold on to your buts, I can’t give ya a time frame for these changes, all I can say is soon, because like I said earlier there are a few other things I have neglected that need some love.
