Ancient Proverbs
A lot of Nintendo badmouthing gets thrown around when Microsoft and Sony get together to pander to the media. But, when it comes to console sales this generation, Nintendo is numero uno, even if they wont admit it.
Though I will admit, that the lineup for consoles for the rest of the year is definitely in Microsoft’s favor. So it looks like they will continue to win in the software sales department.
This week at E3, Sony’s CEO said the the PS3 is still the number one way to buy a Bluray player. He forgot to mention it’s still the only reason to buy a PS3.

Viruses and hookers spread pretty quickly as well, but its not always a good sign. I’ve played all three consoles and really if your a 10 year old who really doesn’t care about games and graphics or your a fat slob that thinks playing video games is a good way to loose weight then sure, buy a wii. If you want great game play, blu ray tech and a console that won’t get tossed into the closet after a few months like a bad board game, PS3 is your only real option. I mean the Sega Dreamcast is a better console than the wii, at least the graphics are the same. Oh, and does that stupid plumber have to be in every goddamned game along with his mildly retarded brother.

In all honesty, thee wii is just a gamecube but you shake the controller around. I sold all my old PS2 games to get one, then sold it 2 weeks later on ebay. Jumping around in front of the TV pretending to play tennis really isn’t as fun as they try to make it seem.

To be completely honest, I have played my Wii once since Halo 3, Orange Box, and COD4 came out. I have yet to finish Mario Galaxies. Because of that I didn’t bother to buy Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Mario Cart or even Wii Fit. But, there is no denying that Nintendo has captured this generation of console sales.
After all the E3 news though, if I were in the market to buy a console Sony has better games than Nintendo coming out, but Microsoft is just going to kill them both in the game sales department. Assuming of course that PC gaming doesn’t get revived by Spore and Blizzard.

i own a wii and a 360, ive played my gf’s dads ps3 too
really the wii has more exclusives i want to play than any system, and more quirky games
on gamespot the wii has the only AAA exclusive original ip, what does that say
no more heroes is the best game artistically for its statement on the video game industry and its style
madworld will also be a great gory game plus suda is working on fatal frame 4
don’t listen to these people who’ve only played wii sports and barely finished any other game than that
i’ve played a ton of wii and 360 games and my wii gets way more play, i really regret my 360 and shouldve just upgraded my pc since it always gets the superior ports of games like gears, ME and bioshock anyways (ive sold my halo3/bioshock already)
sony had an ok show but they did what they normally do, throw out big numbers for games and show cgi footage… 2 new games gameplay shown based on R&C psn and psp resistance… r&c is about as hardcore as animal crossing
nintendos show sucked dont get me wrong but it was kindve sad i was more excited about wii sports resort than anything else… the only exciting news the whole show was ff13 announcement but its just a multiplat now…
so is brawl still out selling mgs4?
i mean OB and cod4? at least name some exclusive console games to combat the wii or else its clear you might as well have a pc and a wii… gta4 was just announced, dont be surprised about re5 since re4 went to pc

PS3 is a disgrace to the gaming world. A blue ray player is ALL it is. The recent release of crappy games and costs are enough to turn anyone off. 360 is amazing, #1 in my books. And the Wii is a close second. No, the graphics may be lacking, and yeah, it sometimes may make you feel stupid - but it’s fun nonetheless.

Sony has a 10 year agenda with its consoles and portable devices. The PS2 is in its 9th year on the market and they plan on 180 more title before they stop making software for it. They have the same plan for the PS3. How long did the Xbox last? And how much longer with the 360 last? I’m not saying the PS3 is better I’m just stating that good things take time, and I’m a firm believer that things will get better for sony. Besides, sony has 2 home consoles and 1 handheld out on the market, each have already gotten close to 2 million units sold this year. Sony or PS3 isnt a disgrace to the gaming world, your ignorance is.

GD it people…learn how to spell. Seriously. How do you expect people to take you seriously or understand what you are trying to say if your sentence structure is that of a two year old. Anyway, I think Nintendo is on the right track with the motion technology. It’s entertaining and puts you more “in” the game. Just imagine what their next gen console will be like.

im sorry but the wii does not have very many good games out for it. it has alot of games but they are not very good games. i just picked up okami and that is the first thing ive played on the will since SSBB came out and i didnt play that for long. they need to pick it up. nothing for the wii excited me :/ im stuck playing wow ps3 and xbox 360. im hardcore gamer and mabey this is why i dont enjoy alot for the games for the wii. i love the system but it is more for everyone but that doesnt make it great it only means they focus on the everyone games. not that i think thats stupid its actually really smary. haha. they are raking it in. oh well the hardcore gamers will be put on the wayside on the wii.

Feartone - You’re a tool. Welcome to the internet where ppl can spell however they want. It’s called a conversation, not english class. Anyway, Wii has some good games, Mario galaxy is wicked awesome fun to play. I like online sports and such tho so the 360 wins. It’s online feature is by far superior to anything else. The Wiimote is easy to use for all games and the price is right. A fun console. Graphics and that also go to 360. PS3 has some good exclusives but not enough and not a good enough online system to be worth it’s price. I can wait a bit for a cheap bluray player. I know it’s good, but I can wait a little longer for it.

Aaand unless you are a lind tool the only reason to buy a xbox is Halo since everything else is ported to either pc or ps3 buy now.
